4. Rankings, Titles & Public Recognition

By using Stad and participating in competitions, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your name, username, profile photo, ranking position, league, titles, match results, and achievements may be displayed publicly within the App
  • Winners of matches, leagues, tournaments, or prizes may be announced publicly on:

- The App - Official Stad / The Stadium Gaming social media channels - Event screens, posters, and digital leaderboards

  • Such use is limited to competition results, recognition, and promotional communication related to Stad and its events

This does not grant third parties ownership of your personal data.

5. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with:

  • Payment service providers, for transaction-related data only
  • Certified gaming venues, for match and booking-related data only
  • Technology, hosting, and analytics partners
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Media, Photos & Content Use

Photos, videos, or recordings captured during matches, competitions, or Stad-related events may include participants.

By participating, users grant the Company the right to use such content for:

This may include the use of names, images, rankings, and competition results, without additional compensation, unless required by law.

  • Data is stored using industry-standard security measures

  • Operate the App

9. Account Deletion and Associated Data

You can request deletion of your Stad by The Stadium Gaming account and associated personal data through one of the following methods:

  • From inside the app, through the profile or settings page, where available
  • Or by sending an account deletion request to:

Please use the email address or phone number linked to your Stad account when submitting your request.

After receiving your request, we will verify account ownership and delete your account and associated personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain certain data for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, payment, or accounting reasons.

Data that may be deleted includes account information, profile information, activity history, and usage data associated with your account.
