Stad by The Stadium Gaming

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stad mobile application (“the App”), operated by Modern Stadium Entertainment Company, trading under the brand Stad by The Stadium Gaming (“the Company”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

  • You may use the App if you meet the minimum legal age required to use digital services in your country.
  • Users under the age of 18 may use the App where legally permitted; however, participation in official competitions, tournaments, prizes, or media appearances may require parental or legal guardian consent, which the Company may request at any time.

3. Account Registration & Use

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

The Company reserves the right to restrict, merge, suspend, or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Matches, Rankings & Competition

  • Matches booked through the App are real, in-person matches played at certified gaming stations or venues.
  • Match results recorded through the App are considered final unless a verified technical error is identified.
  • Rankings, leagues, divisions, and titles are calculated using the official Stad ranking system and may be updated periodically.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Correct errors.
  • Invalidate matches affected by abuse or technical issues.
  • Apply penalties, suspensions, or seasonal resets to rankings.

5. Payments & Transactions

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of verified technical failure.
  • The Company does not store users’ card or sensitive payment details.

6. Venues & Third-Party Partners

  • Gaming venues and stations are operated by third-party partners.
  • The Company is not responsible for venue conditions, hardware performance, internet connectivity, or staff conduct.
  • Any issues related to venue services should be reported through the App.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit, or manipulate matches, rankings, or systems.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, staff, or partners.
  • Tamper with QR codes, gaming stations, or software.
  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Violations may result in warnings, ranking penalties, suspension, or permanent account termination.

8. Public Recognition, Media & Content

By participating in matches, leagues, tournaments, or events organized by or affiliated with Stad, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Their name, username, profile photo, ranking position, league, titles, match results, and achievements may be displayed publicly within the App.
  • Winners and participants may be announced publicly on the App, official Stad / The Stadium Gaming social media channels, event screens, leaderboards, promotional materials, and media coverage.
  • Photos, videos, or recordings captured during matches or events may be used for marketing, promotional, and media purposes without additional compensation, unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, content, designs, and systems are the property of the Company or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated, or for operational, security, or legal reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
